"Pretty and practical folk art" is how Illene describes her art. She has been an artist most of her life and captures her love of nature by painting what it makes her feel - a sort of calm happiness or contentment. Her style of simplicity and elegance may be attributed to her education in both fine and commercial art, as well as vocations in illustration and interior design. Although Illene's paintings are created to withstand the outdoor elements, they beautifully brighten an indoor room as well.

The tranquility of the Sonoran Desert inspires Ross to create these graceful kinetic wind sculptures. Each design is completely made by hand; the steel components have at least five protective coats; and all bearings are permanently lubricated and sealed for a lifetime of maintenance-free operation. Over time the copper components will naturally take on a patina finish. As you watch a sculpture twirl, Ross hopes you will experience the sense of peace and stillness of being in the moment.

Growing up with a love of puzzles and then entering the world of graphic arts and design, it's little wonder that Karen drifted into the creative world of mosaics and tile making. She always painted, sculpted, and pursued creative ventures regardless of her "job." Initially everything was raku, a random firing process with brilliant but often unexpected results. Regardless of the process, Karen skillfully pieces her little tiles together with stunningly beautiful results.
