Carol Hegedus: Handmade Tile Studio
www.handmadetilegallery.com
Carol specializes in handmade art tiles and custom murals. Her intricate, handcrafted tiles are inspired by the flowers, nature, and wildlife of our local Sonoran desert. Each individual tile is hand cut from clay, dried, glazed, and then fired up to four times. Carol incorporates the intricate tiles into beautiful miniature murals, creating beautiful one-of-a-kind pieces. |

Robin Riley
contact: harlowgardens.com
Robin’s unique mosaics are created from broken pieces of tile and glass. Her pieces encourage the viewer to use both vision and touch in experiencing her work. “Growing up with a blind mother taught me to create and appreciate art with my hands as well as my eyes…My ongoing challenge is to create images using pieces of material…to help you see what I want you to feel and feel what I want you to see.” |
