John M. Harlow, Jr is one of the most respected landscape designers in Arizona.  John has been in the Nursery business his entire life. After working in and then managing the Nursery, he started designing full time in 1980 and has headed the Landscape Department for the last 27 years.

Jeff Henneke has been with Harlow Gardens for the past 19 years. Jeff is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Mathematics. Prior to working at Harlow's, he owned and operated his own maintenance and landscape construction company.

Clay Thompson came to Harlow Gardens in January of 1987. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a degree in Horticulture, he started in the nursery as a sales associate. Before long he worked his way up to being a Landscape Designer in 1992.

Kim Schwimmer is the newest member of our design team. He came to Harlow Gardens in February 1997, as a result of a career change from the Optical field. He began working as a Design Assistant, where he received valuable on the job training on all aspects of the design process. He became a full time designer in 1999.
